Jersey City’s Artist District
Its name is derived from the former “Work Art Live District Overlay” zone now known as the Power House District area. The city plan envisions this area as Jersey City’s Artist District, Waldo Lofts was the first new project approved to promote this concept. High ceilings, wide corridors, large entry doors and a freight elevator inspired the artist and buyer alike. The building contains 82 Work/Live condominiums with true loft character. Views of Manhattan from the gracious balconies lead one to be inspired by the urban luxury lifestyle.
